Statement 
We are a fully insured company with Public Liability up to £5,000,000, a certificate can be provided if required. All of our equipment is fully PAT tested with certification. We can provide a risk assessment for our general tasks if one is required. We complete 2 hourly hygiene & stock checks to ensure the highest standards are maintained as well as continuously maintaining a ‘clean as you go’ policy. We are fully qualified baristas with City & Guilds accreditation. 

Payment 
  • 50% deposit of final amount is required to secure your booking 
  • Deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances 
  • Outstanding balance must be paid 1 month before event day which can be found on booking form 
  • If remaining payment is not made prior to the 1 month cut off we reserve the right to cancel your event booking and tender for alternative business 
  • Every effort will be made to work with customers to ensure payments are made on time and ample notice will be given if booking is to be terminated 

Upfront Payment 
Your price includes; 
  • Hire of the Beyond Coffee Van/Bar for the duration stated in your booking form 
  • Unlimited hot beverages 
  • Snacks/cakes if stated on booking form (additional cost) 

It does not include; 
  • Beyond products including bags of coffee and cups 
  • Cold beverages, unless requested when booking 
  • Additional signage to our standard setup 

Guests Pay 
  • Your price includes the hire of the van/bar for the duration stated on your booking form and agreed with both parties 
  • Up to 2 qualified baristas for service (Number of baristas dependant on event size) 
  • All Beyond products and hot & cold beverages will be charged at our standard prices and can be adjusted by us, at any time 
If your event date changes we will try and accommodate where possible and transfer your booking. If the change is requested within a month of the booked date you will be liable to full payment plus a £50 charge. If we are unable to fulfil your new date you will still be responsible to make payment to the relevant timing schedules stated above and deposit will not be refunded. 

If in the unlikely event we can no longer fulfil our commitment to you, you will receive a 100% refund, at any time up to the event date. 

 Equipment Failure 
Although we ensure our equipment is well maintained, faults can happen at any time. We carry provisions in the van/bar to help rectify what we can. We cannot make provisions for faults with our espresso machine or grinder. In this unfortunate event we would provide a full 100% refund. 

The terms and conditions stated in this policy cover all event types hiring the Beyond Coffee Van/Bar.
