We work closely with our suppliers to ensure quality is maintained and coffee is delivered at the highest standard. If you receive any product from us that isn’t quite right please send it back to us and we will check it out and reimburse your money as soon as we receive it.

We will never share or sell any of your details with anyone. Your trust in us is paramount and you can rest assured everything is safe with us.

Feel free to browse our website freely without entering any of your details, however if you decide to purchase anything you will be required to enter personal details.

All card payments are taken using PayPal and we will not have access to your payment details, only your name, address and email address. This is so that all of your purchases can be sent correctly and incase we need to get in contact with you.

Shipping Policy
We aim to get our orders out within 48 hours, although cannot be guaranteed.

We send all our orders out using Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class delivery. Delivery charges may vary and will be calculated upon checkout.
